The Whitecrook Youth Action Group meets on a Monday evening between 6pm and 8pm at the Centre 81 in Whitedrook
Who can join the group?

At present there is a dedicated core of four young people aged between 12 and 18 who attend every week, and we are constantly on the lookout for new members, any young person can join, bringing with them new ideas and insights along with any skills that they possess

Whats being going on recently?

At present the group are planning an environmental project to regenerate a rundown and dilapidated area within Whitecrook, where they feel unsafe and avoid using after dark. They have short listed a number of areas and are gaining evidence to see which one they feel is in most need of improvement. The group are also in the early stages of planning a fundraising event to raise money for a number of local charities; they hope to involve as many people as possible in this and are always on the lookout for new ideas to help them.
