Health Drop In


The Health Drop In provides a youth friendly environment where you can take part in health – based activities. The drop in includes various workshops on many different topics regarding your health and wellbeing. A team of Y sort-it workers are available to help you access a range of information, support and advice on any issue you find improtant. Food is provided at each drop in along with information on healthy eating.

From time to time partnering agencies will be available to give extra information and support on specific topics. This would usually involve a specific workshop along with activities. For example Quit Smoking campaigns. 

At present The Health Drop In runs on the following Times:

* “Jog On” has started up again, meeting at the Y Sort-It base at 4.30 and going for a run round Clydebank College, all fitness levels welcome. All you need is a pair of trainers and a change of clothes.
* All drop ins run from 6.00 until 8.50, (workshops run from 7.00, they usually take up to 30 – 45 mins).
